Subject: Energy Projects in Bulgaria – Ready to Build (RTB) Including Power Purchase Agreements (PPA)
1. Following our discussion, we currently have in Bulgaria a portfolio of ready-to-build (RTB) energy projects totalling approximately 2 GW, divided into units of around 100 MW each.
2. The professional and financial materials for these transactions are prepared under the supervision and guidance of international experts.
3. Among these, there are relevant projects that include:
a. Fully completed deals, in Ready-to-Build (RTB) status, with Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) signed with end buyers of electricity.
(1) The projects are at the stage just before being transferred to contractors and suppliers, allowing the buyer/developer a period of about two months to finalize detailed engineering and execution planning, including the integration of their own technologies, products, and supplier selection.
