Invitation for Cooperation in Projects in the Northeastern United States
An Israeli entrepreneurial group, based and active in the Northeastern United States for approximately twenty years, systematically develops boutique hotels and residential buildings of approximately 50 rooms/units per project. The projects are based on existing plots or structures acquired through attractive business opportunities.
The local engineering team, supported by international architects, designs and secures all required approvals, leveraging a strong local network to advance projects efficiently and with high quality standards, leading to maximized profitability.
Construction is carried out through a company fully owned by the developers, employing in-house staff supported by subcontractors and a well-established supplier network, resulting in significant cost reductions.
In order to advance upcoming projects—and in anticipation of the expected interest rate reduction in the U.S. this May—the investors intend to acquire additional plots and properties to further maximize returns.
To date, the company has completed projects generating annual returns on equity exceeding 30% (IRR). The accumulated experience is expected to further enhance profitability.
I traveled this month to visit the projects personally, to review and verify the physical data on-site, ensuring full confidence before introducing potential investors.
There is also the possibility of my involvement in senior management and partnership roles in selected projects.
